The Harmony software will guide you through entering the manufacturer and model numbers of your home devices so Harmony understands how to control them. It then helps you create Activities (or scenes) so you're only one-button away from watching television or playing a game.

Harmony 650 remote enables one-touch Activity based control of your home entertainment system.
Two AA batteries
Two AA batteries come included with your Harmony 650. Remove the back battery cover and insert the two AA batteries into the remote.
Your new remote is configured by connecting your Harmony 650 to your laptop or desktop computer using the supplied USB cable, and signing in to the Harmony software.
Customize your HarmonySetting up Favorite Channels
Add up to 23 Favorite Channels to your screen, with icons or station names. Learn more about Adding Favorite Channels.Adjust and tweak each of your buttons.
Create as many Activities as you'd like and tweak what each button does or which commands appear on the screen.
Using your HarmonyUnderstanding Activities
Unlike other universal remotes that may control devices individually, Harmony controls an Activity such as Watching TV or Playing a Game. You don't need to choose which device you want to control. Start your Watch TV Activity and your volume will automatically control the stereo, and channels will automatically change your TV or cable/satellite box. To help keep your Harmony in sync with your devices, avoid turning your television, cable/satellite box and other devices on and off manually or by using their original remote control. If something didn't turn on then use the help feature.

If you changed your mind or made an incorrect choice about a product? We can offer a 30 days return policy. All we require is that the product is unopened and the packaging is in its original new condition. This excludes any specially ordered items, software licenses and/or extended warranties.

Q. Where are you located and where all the products get shipped from?
A. We are a retail store located in New Zealand and all the products are available in New Zealand warehouse. We dispatch the orders same day if we receive it before 2PM. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
Q. How long will it take to get my order?
A. All the orders received by 2pm will be processed and dispatched same day with overnight courier. Rural and heavy items deliveries may take 1-2 days extra. To find out the delivery time frame for bulky items you can contact us.
Q. What shipping carriers do you use?
A. We use Courier Post, New Zealand Courier, Post Haste for small items and for large and bulky items we use Fliway and Mainfreight.
Q. Can I return my product?
