The new Eaton 5PX Gen2 UPS provides Enterprise Networks and Edge IT equipment with best-in-class line-interactive power protection maximizing IT space and Service Continuity. Eaton 5PX Gen 2 offers powerful tools to remotely monitor, integrate with IT architecture and remotely deploy/maintain a large installed base of UPSs.

- Innovative graphical LCD display brings all operating information at a glance. It also enhances commissioning and configuration capabilities.
- 5PX Gen 2 is compatible with Eaton’s Gigabit network management card, which provides Dual cybersecurity certifications (UL 2900-1 & IEC 62443-4-2) and enables connection to remote monitoring solutions safely.
- Together with 5PX Gen 2, Eaton Gigabit network management card allows both remote UPS settings and remote firmware upgrade to ensure easy deployment (fleet management) and reduced maintenance cost.
- 5PX Gen 2 monitors energy consumption right down to the managed outlet groups. kWh values can be monitored using the LCD or Eaton’s Intelligent Power Software.
- Eaton’s Intelligent Power Software seamlessly integrates with leading virtualisation environments and cloud orchestration tools.
Availability and flexibility
- 5PX Gen 2 2200VA & 3000VA are available in RT2U format (optimised for rack mounting) or RT3U (for tower or short-depth racks). Pedestal and rail kits are included with all models.
- 5PX Gen 2 Load segment control enables prioritised shutdowns of non-essential equipment to maximise battery runtime for critical devices (2 groups).
- Eaton ABM® battery management technology uses a three-stage charging technique that optimises battery health and extends lifetime by up to 50%.
- Up to 4 external hot-swappable battery modules can be added for longer power availability.

All the stock available in New Zealand Warehouse so If you place your order Monday-Friday, and provided the item is in-stock and payment has been confirmed by us by 2pm, we should be able to ship your order out the same day. Orders placed during a weekend or public holiday will be processed the next business day.
We have 30 days return policy
If you changed your mind or made an incorrect choice about a product? We can offer a 30 days return policy. All we require is that the product is unopened and the packaging is in its original new condition. This excludes any specially ordered items, software licenses and/or extended warranties.

Q. Where are you located and where all the products get shipped from? 
A. We are a retail store located in New Zealand and all the products are available in New Zealand warehouse. We dispatch the orders same day if we receive it before 2PM. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
Q. How long will it take to get my order? 
A. All the orders received by 2pm will be processed and dispatched same day with overnight courier. Rural and heavy items deliveries may take 1-2 days extra. To find out the delivery time frame for bulky items you can contact us.
Q. What shipping carriers do you use? 
A. We use Courier Post, New Zealand Courier, Post Haste for small items and for large and bulky items we use Fliway and Mainfreight.
Q. Can I return my product? 
A. We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
