A. We are a retail store located in New Zealand and all the products are available in New Zealand warehouse. We dispatch the orders same day if we receive it before 2PM. A. All the orders received by 2pm will be processed and dispatched same day with overnight courier. Rural and heavy items deliveries may take 1-2 days extra. To find out the delivery time frame for bulky items you can contact us.
