The UNITEK S1201A M.2 SSD(PCIe/NVMe) Enclosure uses a lightweight designed aluminium case to house M.2 SSD (PCIe/NVMe). With the SuperSpeed USB 3.1 Gen 2 Type-C interface, UNITEK S1201A is perfect for uploading, downloading, storing, transferring, and backing up your vital data and information including media-rich content like movies, photos, music, and games.

With USB 3.1 Gen 2 Type-C, you can take advantage of a maximum data rate that has increased to 10Gbps, compared to 5Gbps with USB 3.1 Gen 1 over the same signal pair.

UNITEK S1201A M.2 SSD(PCIe/NVMe) Enclosure supports M key Type 2242, 2260, 2280 M.2 SSD drive. Not compatible with B key drives or B-M key M.2 SATA drives.

The J Micron controller also supports TRIM command for SSD and complies with both of USB Mass Storage Class Bulk-Only Transport (BOT) and USB Attached SCSI Protocol (UASP), maximizing the performance of any PCIe/NVMe SSD used in the S1201A.

To be compatible with the most common M.2 SSD(PCIe/NVMe), S1201A designed to support for multiple heights drive, such as Type 2242, 2260, 2280 M.2 SSD(PCIe/NVMe).
