The SMC EZ Switch™ SMCGS1610 is the first switch to using a single button to change your unmanaged switch to smart. DHCP prevention and loop-back detection/prevention provide a better network environment, saving MIS engineers’ troubleshooting effort.
TheSMCGS1610 can also provide DOS attack protection to reduce virus attack opportunities. Environmentally friendly, the switch consumes less power than non-Green Ethernet switches without reducing network performance. Auto-MDIX on all ports makes this Gigabit desktop switch ideal for home and small office network environments.
